YOUR PRIVACY
A shared life.
Your own space.
A plain-language guide to Amore’s current design and the private preview being prepared.
Updated 2 October 2026 · App launch and live integration checks are pending.
What Amore stores
Depending on what you choose to provide, Amore stores account and profile information, messages, uploaded media, boards, lists, memories, preferences and calendar connection settings. You can skip optional onboarding answers.
Shared, private and Butler-only
Shared conversations and items are visible to members of your shared space. A Whisper and private items are available to their owner. Butler-only profile facts are hidden from your partner; their raw values may be used in your own Whisper. A neutral guidance rewrite can influence Butler’s shared replies without including the raw fact.
Database row-level security, scoped context construction and tool checks enforce these distinctions. A system administrator’s operational dashboard is intended for health and usage information, not for browsing private conversations.
Where AI processing happens
When Butler responds or performs supported background memory work, relevant conversation context and permitted information are sent through OpenRouter to the selected AI provider. This may include text and images needed for the request. Amore is cloud software; it does not promise end-to-end encryption or exclusively on-device processing.
Provider retention configuration and production privacy checks must be completed before the app is released. Do not treat the unfinished preview as a place for highly sensitive information.
Google Calendar
Google access is optional and requires explicit authorization. The planned connection uses Butler’s dedicated account, jaiyanashbutler@gmail.com. The requested permissions allow Amore to see availability on calendars accessible to Butler and to see, create, change and delete events on calendars owned by Butler. Basic account identity is used to verify the connected account. Partners must separately choose whether to share their calendars with Butler.
Calendar information is used to answer scheduling requests and carry out requested calendar actions. It is not used for advertising or to build a general-purpose AI training dataset. Event invitations may reach the attendees selected for that action. Creating Google project credentials does not itself connect a calendar.
You can revoke the connection in your Google Account’s third-party connections settings and remove calendar sharing in Google Calendar. That stops future access; it does not automatically remove events already created or data already saved in Amore. Gmail inbox access is a separate feature and is not connected.
Services involved
Supabase provides authentication, database storage, uploaded-file storage and realtime updates. Amore’s Butler service runs on its configured VPS. AI requests use OpenRouter and the selected model providers. Google is involved only for authorized Google integrations; enabled push notifications use Expo’s notification service.
Corrections, deletion and retention
The app includes controls for viewing and managing memories. Full account export, account deletion and automated retention workflows are still being completed. Until those workflows are ready, contact the person operating your private preview for a data request. No automatic deletion deadline is promised here, and stored chat is not deleted merely because an AI context summary is made.
Questions
For preview support or a privacy request, contact the person who invited you. Google connection questions can also be sent to jaiyanashbutler@gmail.com. This is a newly configured mailbox; automated inbox handling and response times are not promised.
The final release will update this notice to reflect its verified features, operator contact details and implemented data controls.
